"The two stars are only because I was with this office for almost 20 years with no problems and great interactions with Maureen. The last six months with them were nothing but confusion. Could never get a straight answer from Maureen or Julie... and John certainly never weighed in...on unexplained charges. The breaking point was when I got three letters in the mail.
#1 Your insurance is canceled. #2 Your insurance is not canceled.
#3 Your insurance is now $50 more per month.
I'm on auto pay and the charge went thru sooo wut?
None of them responded to repeated requests to explain the rate change.
Oh, wait. Julie did. But her message didn't explain the change. Just said she didn't want me to go thru the hassle of researching new companies.
PSA: Switching companies IS a hassle but I now have the exact same coverage for $53 less than this offices jacked up price after the "cancelation."
